Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your reservation for the THE Women’s Retreat retreat (August 10–12, 2026, Maryville Retreat Center, Holly, Michigan).

All Registrations Are Non-Refundable

Because we reserve accommodations, meals, and services in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. All retreat registrations are final at the time of purchase.

If VEDA by Sonia Cancels the Retreat

In the unlikely event that VEDA by Sonia must cancel the retreat for any reason, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration payment within 14 business days.
